Dana, I have to tell you that if I could "clone" you and have half of the real estate agents I work with be 1/10th as conscientious as you have been on this pending sale, things would run so much smoother.  You do an awesome job looking out for your customers.  I've been a paralegal for 34 years, so I can recognize when someone cares about their customers!  Why can't you work in "our" neck of the woods???
